How we work today. Sable Circuit provides design, specification, supplier introductions and coordination. Hardware orders and installations are only offered once suitable supplier and installation partners — and their terms — are confirmed in writing for your project. We do not take equipment deposits. Any referral arrangement relevant to your project will be disclosed to you in advance.

Do you build or install simulators yourselves?
No. Sable Circuit designs, specifies and coordinates. Supply and installation are carried out by qualified manufacturers and regional specialists once they are confirmed for your project, and we set out who is responsible for what — equipment, installation, warranty and support — before you commit.
Where do you work?
We are based in the United States and focus on private projects in the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and Jeddah) and Qatar (Doha). Consultations are held remotely; any site visit is agreed in the proposal.
What does a luxury racing simulator in Dubai cost?
It depends on motion, displays, finishes and the room itself. As a planning guide, physical projects typically fall into three bands — Precision ($15k–$30k), Immersion ($30k–$60k) and Private Atelier ($60k+). These are estimates, not quotes; a Private Specification produces a project-specific budget.
Can you plan a private flight simulator room?
Yes. We prepare the concept, control and display specification, software considerations and room layout for a private flight simulator room, and coordinate with your design team on integration.
Can I see completed projects?
Sable Circuit is a newly established studio, and we will not present installations we have not delivered. Any imagery we share is clearly labelled as conceptual. We are happy to walk you through our process and a sample specification outline during discovery.
Do you take deposits for equipment?
No. We do not take equipment deposits or accept hardware orders until supplier and installation partners and their terms are confirmed in writing. Our consulting fees are agreed in a written proposal before work begins.

Tell us about your space and what you want it to feel like. We are accepting founding project inquiries for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and conversations with design and integration partners.
